Terms of Service — SheetSieve by Braivex

Effective Date: 02 November 2026 (Braivex Legal v2.1)

1. Agreement & Operator

These Terms govern your use of SheetSieve, a SaaS product operated by Hemant Sain, trading as Braivex (Yog Nagar, 60 Feet Road, Alwar, Rajasthan 301001, India).

2. Permitted Use & Security Guardrails

SheetSieve provides automated CSV/TSV parsing, AI-assisted column mapping, virtual field transformations, and webhook/Shopify catalog exports. You agree not to use the remote URL fetcher or webhook dispatcher to target unauthorized endpoints or internal networks.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

SheetSieve offers a permanent Free Plan ($0/month) and paid plans (Small Shop — $19/month or $190/year, Growing Store — $49/month or $490/year, and Big Catalog — $99/month or $990/year) billed in USD directly through Shopify Billing API (Shopify Admin Invoice) (`appSubscriptionCreate` / `appSubscriptionCancel`). All paid plans include a 14-day free trial ($0.00 due today). Annual plans save 17% (two months free) compared to monthly billing. You may cancel or downgrade to the Free Plan at any time in one click via the SheetSieve Plans & Billing tab or by uninstalling the app in Shopify Admin.
